UrbanSync Innovations LLC (“UrbanSync,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your informa tion when you use our websites, mobile applications, and platforms, including FlyConnect, CCTV, and the UrbanSync Magazine (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide to Us

  • Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, username, password, profile photo, and employer/workplace details (for FlyConnect, this may include your airline, airport, or employer affiliation). 
  • Profile Content: Bios, interests, calendar/availability data, photos, and other content you choose to share. 
  • CCTV Submissions: Case narratives, evidence, comments, votes, and other content submitted as a plaintiff, defendant, juror, or community moderator. 
  • Communications: Messages sent through invite-only group messaging, support re quests, and feedback. 
  • Payment Information: If applicable, billing details processed by a third-party pay ment processor (we do not store full payment card numbers). 

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Geolocation Data: FlyConnect uses geolocation to power its search and “Passport” and “Match” features. You can disable location services in your device settings, though this may limit certain features. 
  • Device & Usage Data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, and interaction data.

1.3 Information from Third Parties

Information from single sign-on providers (e.g., Apple, Google), analytics providers, and, where applicable, employer or union verification sources used to confirm aviation-industry eligibility for FlyConnect. 

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to: – Create and manage your account and profile; – Power core features such as FlyConnect’s match, passport, and geolocation search functions, and CCTV’s case, jury, and voting systems; – Facilitate invite-only group messaging; – Send ad ministrative communications, service updates, and (with consent) marketing communica tions; – Monitor, moderate, and enforce our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines; – Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activity; – Analyze usage to improve and develop the Services; – Comply with legal obligations. 

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information: – With Other Users: Profile information and content you choose to make visible (e.g., FlyConnect profile cards, CCTV case submissions and comments) is shared with other users as intended by each platform’s design. – With Service Providers: Hosting, analytics, customer support, and email/SMS delivery vendors, under contractual confidentiality obligations. – For Legal Reasons: To comply with a subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of UrbanSync, our users, or the public. – Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections. 

4. CCTV-Specific Notice

Because CCTV involves user-submitted disputes, allegations, and community adjudication, content you post as a plaintiff, defendant, or juror may be visible to other users and, de pending on your privacy settings, the public. Do not submit personally identifying information about yourself or third parties beyond what is necessary and permit ted by our Community Guidelines. UrbanSync is not a court of law, and content on CCTV does not constitute a legal finding, judgment, or adjudication of fact. 

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account as described in Section 8. 

6. Pennsylvania Data Breach Notification

In the event of a security breach affecting your unencrypted personal information, Urban Sync will notify affected individuals in accordance with Pennsylvania’s Breach of Personal Information Notification Act (73 P.S. § 2301 et seq.), as strengthened by Act 33 of 2024, and any other applicable state or federal breach notification law. 

Note: As of mid-2026, Pennsylvania does not yet have a comprehensive consumer data privacy law in effect. A bill that would create one — House Bill 78, the Consumer Data Privacy Act — passed the PA House in October 2025 and was under Senate consideration as of mid-2026, with a proposed effective date of January 1, 2027 if enacted. This section should be updated if and when that bill becomes law. 

7. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly. Contact us at the address below if you believe a minor has provided us information. 

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to: – Access, correct, or delete your personal information; – Object to or restrict certain processing; – Withdraw consent for marketing communications (via unsubscribe link or account settings); – Request a copy of your data in a portable format. 

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA): The CCPA generally applies to for-profit businesses that do business in California and either (a) have annual gross revenue above an inflation adjusted threshold (approximately $26.6 million as of 2026), (b) buy, sell, or share the personal information of 100,000 or more California consumers/households annually, or (c) derive 50% or more of annual revenue from selling or sharing personal information. Urban Sync does not currently meet these thresholds, but we are including CCPA-aligned rights here as a best practice and will maintain full compliance if our user base or revenue grows to meet them. You have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA). EU/UK Residents (GDPR): If applicable, our legal bases for processing include contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligation. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. 

10. Third-Party Links

The Services may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies. 

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date, and, where required by law, we will provide additional notice.
