UrbanSync Innovations LLC (“UrbanSync”) is built for the culture and powered by innovation — and that culture depends on a community that treats each other with respect. These Community Guidelines apply across all UrbanSync platforms, including FlyConnect, CCTV, and the UrbanSync Magazine (the “Services”), and supplement our Terms of Service.
1. Our Core Principles
• Respect real people. Every profile, post, case, and comment involves real people with real reputations.
• No harassment, no exceptions. Disagreement is fine. Targeting a person is not.
• Truthful participation. Misrepresenting your identity, employer, or the facts of a situation undermines trust for everyone.
• Community moderation is a privilege, not a weapon. Jurors and moderators are expected to act in good faith.
2. Prohibited Behavior (All Platforms)
• Harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation of any user;
• Hate speech or content that attacks a person or group based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, or age;
• Doxxing — sharing another person’s home address, workplace schedule, phone number, or other identifying information without consent;
• Impersonation of another person, brand, or UrbanSync staff;
• Sexually explicit content, or content sexualizing or targeting minors;
• Spam, scams, or deceptive commercial solicitation;
• Content promoting self-harm, violence, or illegal activity;
• Coordinated brigading or manipulation of votes, jury pools, or engagement metrics.
3. FlyConnect-Specific Guidelines
• Use the Match, Passport, and geolocation features to build genuine professional and social connections — not to stalk, surveil, or repeatedly contact someone who has asked to be left alone.
• Do not misrepresent your airline, airport, or employer affiliation.
• Invite-only group messaging is meant for trusted circles; do not use it to circulate content prohibited under Section 2.
4. CCTV-Specific Guidelines
CCTV exists for community perspective and discussion — not to punish, dox, or defame real people.
• State facts, not accusations of criminal conduct, unless you can support them. Reckless or knowingly false statements about another person may expose you to defamation liability, in addition to violating these Guidelines.
• Jurors must engage in good faith. Voting based on bias, personal relationships with a party, or coordinated brigading undermines the platform and may result in removal from jury pools.
• No real-world consequences may be threatened or encouraged. Calls to harass, “expose,” or take action against a party or witness outside the platform are strictly prohibited.
• Minors may not be named or identified as parties, defendants, or witnesses in any case.
• UrbanSync moderators may remove, lock, or reclassify any case at their sole discretion, including for legal risk, and may refer serious matters (threats, abuse content) to law enforcement.
5. Reporting Violations
Report content or behavior that violates these Guidelines through the in-app “Report” feature or
by emailing gdpeterson@urbansyncinn.com with the subject line “Community Report.” Include links or screenshots where possible.

7. Changes to These Guidelines
This document is a template. Given CCTV’s dispute-resolution format, have counsel confirm the defamation and good-faith-juror language holds up under Pennsylvania law before publishing.
